Day 01 Arrival day in Kathmandu

After your Arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport Kathmandu, our representative will welcome you and then you will be taken tothe traveller’s recommended hotel, Hotel Blue horizon or similar standard hotel. Our tour operator will explain briefly about the program about your upcoming Mustang Trek & Saribung Peak Climbing with us and introduce our trekking guide.Depending on your arrival time in Kathmandu, you may explore "Thamel". In the evening we host welcome dinner at one of the typical Nepalese restaurant with local music and ethnic dance.O/N Kathmandu.
Day 02 Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu

After breakfast we depart for a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, the “City of Temples” to Visit Durbar Square (place of Palace) with the Kasthamandap temple, Kumari Ghar (Home of Living Goddess), Kal Bhairav, Hanuman Dhoka and Taleju Temple. Afterwards, we will take you to visit Swoyambhunath Stupa, said to be one of the oldest Buddhist stupas in the world and also be said as a monkey temple, which is located at top of the hill from where one can have a great view of Kathmandu Valley.
We will drive towards Pashupatinath, which is one of the most important Hindu temple in Nepal. After exploring the Pashupatinath temple, we move towards Bouddhanath Temple, Bouddhanathis one of the largest Stupas in South Asia and it has become the focal point of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. O/N Kathmandu.
Day 03 Drive to Pokhara
Altitude: 823m/2,700 ft

Early morning drive to Pokhara through the beautiful Nepalese countryside where one will explore the landscape, beautiful valley with interesting settlement on the mountain. The bus will have twice break on the way, once for the breakfast and once for the lunch. Once you reach in Pokhara, transfer to the hotel in lake side and evening stroll around the lake and overnight at hotel.
Day 04 Fly to Jomsom and trek to Kegbeni
Altitude: 2,858/9,374 ft

Today we fly to Jomsom (windy valley) in the early morning, then after some initial preparation of loads, our trek leads towards northern valley of Kaligandaki by crossing suspension bridge. It is tiring walking through the bank of the river where one can enjoy the views snow peaked mountains such as Dhaulagiri, Tukuche and Nilgiri, whilst to the south can be seen the entire Annapurna massif. Enjoy your evening to walk around the village which is very interesting with its settlement where clustered type of house can be found. Overnight at the lodge.
Day 05 Trek to Chele
Altitude: 3050m/10,004ft

The trek starts towards north valley of Kagbeni to Chele where we pass the beautiful village of Tangbe, with its picturesque traditional houses and fields of barley, buckwheat and apple orchards. We enjoy views of the magnificent Nilgiri peak and cross several ridges. After Chhusang village, we cross a stream and leave the Kaligandaki valley behind to reach the village of Chele, where we stop for overnight.
Day 06 Trek to Geling
Altitude: 3520m/11,546ft

After breakfast the trail leads you to the village of Samar to a ridge and then descend into a large gorge past a Chorten before entering another valley which filled with juniper trees. Then cross a stream and after climbing to a pass, we descend along a ridge to Shyangmochen, a tiny settlement with a few tea shops. Nearby is Rangbyung, a cave containing stalagmites in the form of a Chorten and one of the holiest places in Mustang. The trail continues descends to Geling, with its extensive fields of barley and stop for overnight.
Day 07 Trek to Charang
Altitude: 3500m/11,480ft

Today’s walk is through perhaps the driest part of Mustang, and much of our energy will be spent negotiating the loose, dry soil. However, the magnificent views of the countryside, from the gentle contours of the north to the rugged mountains in the east and west, more than compensates for the hard climb. Finally, we come to Charang, a large spread-out village at the top of the Charang Chu canyon. At the eastern end of the village are a huge dzong [fortress] and a red gompa (monastery) which houses an excellent collection of statues and thangkas.
Day 08 Trek to Lo-Manthang
Altitude: 3840m/12,595ft

We will spend part of the morning exploring the interesting village of Charang and its large monastery, before setting out for Lo Manthang. We climb gently above the valley to a large isolated Chorten that marks the boundary between Charang and Lo Manthang. The trail then broadens and eventually we get our first view of the walled city of Lo Manthang. The city has only one entrance so we circumambulate the wall to the gate on the north-east corner. We begin our return journey from Lo Manthang, taking the upper highland route. This highland route offers dramatic views of Lo Manthang and the Charang Valley, with snow clad peaks in the background. Just past the settlement of Lo Gekar, we reach the oldest monastery in Mustang, the Ghare Gompa. Stay overnight at Lomanthang.
Day 09 Explore day at Lo-Manthang

We have allowed full day to explore this outstanding historical and cultural centre. There are 4 major Gompas to visit during our stay. The palace is the home of the raja (King) and his rani (queen) is the attraction as well as the surrounding panoramic views of the Himalaya. Although the raja's function is now finished as we have republican democracy. The town itself is fascinating, and offers countless opportunities to observe a vibrant Tibetan culture. There are many places to explore and manage your time to explore the places. Every monastery requires the donations and entry fees which is made by your own.Overnight at Lomanthang.
Day 10 Trek from Lo-Manthang to Yara
Altitude: 3607m/11830ft
Activities: 6-7 hours walk

Today we will continue to gain the elevation. The trek today begins to tread along the least trodden trails of the region, which caters extreme wilderness. At the end of the day, we will arrive to our campsite at Yara.
Day 11 Trek to Luri Cave Monastery
Altitude: 4,005m/13,136ft
Activities: 3-4 hours walk
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
A short trekking that goes ups and downs the rolling hills of the low alpine region will bring us to Luri Gompa. The monastery is one of the oldest of the region. On arriving the monastery, we will have enough time to explore around.
Day 12 Trek to Ghuma Thanti
Altitude: 4800m/15744ft
Activities: 5-6 hours walk

We have acclimatized well and we can now gain altitude above 4500m. Today's trek along the least frequented trails that lie at the rain shadow of Annapurnas and Dhaulagiri will bring us to the campsite at Ghumti Thanti. The small hut at the bank of the river caters extreme wilderness with almost no signs of human life.
Day 13 Trek to Namta Khola
Altitude: 4890m/16043ft
Activities: 7-8 hours walk

Today the trek heads off towards the wildest valley of the region Namta Khola Valley. The silent valley has best of nature. Absolute tranquility with the Himalayan panorama at its backdrop from the campsite is the best possible reward after the day's strenuous walk. Overnight in the camps.
Day 14 Trek to Saribung Base Camp
Altitude: 4950m/16236ft
Activities: 6-7 hours walk
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Today, we prepare to hike up to Saribung Peak Base Camp. From Namta Khola Valley, the course ascends through sparse wood and then to the nival region 4950m, which is considered as the best place for setting up the base camp for overnight. It is in a flat alpine section along the well worn trail. We fix our camp site here. Over night at tented camp.
Day 15 Acclimatization day
Altitude: 4950m/16236ft

Before heading higher, we will have one more free day at Saribung Peak Base Camp. However, we use this free day for exploring the flanking regions
Day 16 Trek to High Camp
Altitude: 5730m/18794ft

We climb towards a shoulder on the south west ridge of Saribung Peak for 5-6 hours to reach high camp where we will set up our overnight camp at the altitude of 5730m. It is likely to have snow at high camp from end of Nov till end March. We will re-check our climbing gears and do the final preparation for Saribung Summit for the following day. Over night at tented camp.
Day 17 Summit to Saribung Peak & back to Base Camp

Today is a day to fulfill your dream of Summit on Saribung Peak. From the High Camp, the well defined ridge leads to the final snow slop which is quite steep and more technical to reach the summit. Our Climbing guide will fixed the rope and lead you to the successful summit of the Saribung peak. After a Successful summit, return back to Base camp to Saribung Peak for overnight.
Day 18 Climbing Reserve day
Altitude: 4950m/16236ft
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
We use this as a reserve day in case if the weather gets bad or if any participant does need to prepare longer for any reason. It is essential to have this day as it is quite risk to try to summit to Saribung Peak while weather is not favoring us.
Day 19 Trek to Nagoru via Saribung Pass
Altitude: 4400m/14432ft (Saribung Pass 6020m/19745ft)
Activities: 6-7 hours walk

Today we will go across Saribung Pass, which lies at the lofty height of 6020m and descend to Nagoru Village, which manifests the nomadic culture of the region.
Day 20 Trek to Phu Gaon
Altitude: 4080m/13382ft
Activities: 5-6 hours walk

Today, the trek stretches to one of the most isolated villages of Annapurna Region Phu. The time frozen village in "NARPHU VALLEY", Phu has the best of ancient culture. Enjoy your stay in Phu exploring centuries old culture of nomadic tribe of the region.
Day 21 Trek to Meta
Altitude: 3560m/11676ft
Activities: 5-6 hours walk
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
The latter half of the trek winds through the lush vegetation of Annapurna Conservation Area Project along the trails of claasic Round Annapurna and ends at Meta after 6 hours of pleasant walk.
Day 22 Trek to Koto
Altitude: 2600m/8528ft
Activities: 6-7 hours walk
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
We will drop down rapidly on today's trek. Most of the trial today goes down and at times slides up along the dense rhododenron woodlands. At the end of day's trek, we arrive at culturally rich village, Koto. Explore around and enjoy the night stay in the cultural hamlet.
Day 23 Trek to Dharapani
Altitude: 1860m/6100ft

The last day of trek winds through the trials of Marsyangdi Valley and at the end of the day we arrive at Dharapani- the important stopover point of Annapurna Circuit Trek. Here we conclude our adventure of Saribung Peak Climbing.
Day 24 Drive to Besi Shahar and drive to Kathmandu
