Our staff has been involved in the various aspects like guiding, sales, finance and the overall operations. Our team is combination of versatile nature as we have two accountants who are highly professional and well experienced in the accounting sector. We have 3 highly skillful technicians who have been graduated from the university, especially in IT.

Our guide are the epitome of safety, respect and caring. We have recruited 25 trekking guides and 5 regular assistance guides, but according to the demand we can use additional guide too. We have 5 tour guides from the various languages like, Chinese, Italy, German, Spanish and English, according the need of our clients we can manage the guide from any language.

To explore the real aura of the Mountain, Advanced Adventures Nepal has appointed the 3 climbing Sherpa guide from mountain. They are docile, well experienced and have intensive knowledge about climbing in Himalayas. To promote the local economy we have promoted the guide from the remote and mountain region as Advanced Adventures want to enhance the career of our guide and porter.
