BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
At this section, Advanced Adventures Nepal has all the important booking terms and conditions information. It is important that you read the booking terms and conditions carefully, and understand them before booking a trip.

Booking a trip with Advanced Adventures Nepal, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a legal binding contract between you and Advanced Adventures, Nepal for the trip and services provided by Advanced Adventures Nepal.  

If you are booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants. 

Note: Trekking & walking, climbing & mountaineering in remote parts of this Himalayan countries carries an inherent risk due to the altitude, mountain conditions, difficulty of the terrain, natural calamities, etc. Obviously, we always do our best to provide you safe and great trip but the risk of minor to serious injury can happen, and even death at critical condition of altitude or inquiry case so you must accept this fact, and agree while booking a trip with us.  

BOOKING CONFIRMATION & PAYMENTS:
(20% For Nepal Trips & 50% for Bhutan & Tibet Trips)
 

To confirm the booking, you must send us a completed booking form with a 20% deposit (Non-refundable). Once a deposit is received, we will send you a final confirmation receipt and guarantee your booking with us.

All deposit required is per person/per trip. We have two ways to send deposit payment, and both procedures have been described as below. Please choose your convenient method of payment to send us a deposit.

Note: Payment by card will have 4% bank surcharge (Processing fee) on the deposit payment initiated. 

Balance Payment: (80%)
1. For Nepal Trips

Balance payment of trip is payable upon your arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal. You could pay the balance payment by card or cash as per your convenient. If using the card for the balance payment, 4% bank surcharge (Paying processing fees) are applied on the top of the balance payment amount. To avoid paying the bank processing fee, the best is to pay the balance is by cash (USD, EURO, GBP, AUD, CAD, etc.), but USD cash is preferred. 

In addition, you would be able to pay the balance payment of the trip by bank wire transfer or by card payment online prior to coming to this trip. If you initiating a payment prior to your arrival, you should send us the payment slip so we could follow up with our bank and confirm the receipt. 

2. Balance Payment for Tibet & Bhutan Trips:
Balance payment of the Tibet & Bhutan trips should be completed 30 days prior to the trip start date. You would be able to send us to balance payment by bank wire transfer or card payment form as per advised above in payment option. 

TRIP PRICE: 
For all the trips, the price quoted at our webpage is our current updated prices. The quoted price is per person based. For a solo trip, single supplement trip cost is applied. Also, cost for the single room supplement is applied for single room requested. 

Advanced Adventures Nepal reserve the right to amend the trip cost at any time (very rare). Amendments may be done for many reasons including, but not limited to, increases in ground operator services, exchange rate fluctuations, increased fuel costs, airfares, airport charges, or the need to engage alternative air or ground operators. If there is an increase in the trip price, it must be paid prior to the departure date. 

CANCELLATION:
Cancellation By The Clients

All the cancellation should be in written form and acknowledged by the Company. The cancellation charge will be determined according to the date of the cancellation request, which is received, by the Company or its Agents.

If you cancel your trip; you will lose the deposit amount (20%) paid to us and applies to the all the canceled reservations. 

No refunds will be made if you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. Refunds will be at the discretion of the company if you are involuntarily forced to leave a trip for any reason. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized. Please note that these conditions are subject to change.

Cancellation for Tibet & Bhutan:
For Tibet & Bhutan Tour, as we have to prepay for the trip, flight, permit and all the reservation of your trip 30 days prior to your arrival, you will lose the full amount (100%) if these two countries trip is canceled within 30 days of your trip start date. 

If you cancel these country trip 45 days prior to the departure date, 20% deposit payment will be lost and applies to the all the canceled reservations. 

CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE COMPANY:
The company reserves the right to cancel any trip you booked unless guaranteed to run. Advanced Adventures Nepal reserves the right to cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, prior to departure in the event of natural disasters, flight cancellation, strikes, industrial action, wars, riots, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, or other untoward occurrences beyond its control. In such a case, the company will refund the trip price only. If the company cancels a departure which is guaranteed to run, the trip price will be refunded, or you will be entitled to take an alternative trip of the same value.

The significant alterations do not include a change of airline carrier, flight timetables or itineraries, provided the departure and arrival dates remain unchanged.

The company is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the client may have incurred as a result of the booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, etc. 

FLIGHT DELAYS & CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY:
Please understand that adventures in the Himalayas are always unpredictable due to weather conditions. Bad weather can cause delays at domestic flight (Esp. for Lukla, Jomsom & Dolpo Flight), so if the flight gets delayed or cancel, the company will organize accommodation for that night, and cost of this night accommodation/ foods is the cost of the guest by their own. We will reschedule the flight the next day and amend the trip plan accordingly. 

In addition, if a client misses their international flight reaching to Kathmandu, and if so, they will not make to arrive at a date to our guaranteed group departure, on such case, the trip will still continue as per the date and schedule planned/ confirmed. However, we would try and assist to make alternative arrangements to catch up with a group to continue the trip or make an alternative arrangement for the same trip or similar trip as possible. 
 
Pleased acknowledge that you are joining us for the adventure trip in remote Himalayan region, where weather conditions, health, and fitness of the member or unexpected natural disaster can compel us to change the itinerary and if so you have to understand it but we would try our best to keep the suggested itinerary as per the original schedule.

TRIP FLEXIBILITY & AMENDMENT POLICY:
Advanced Adventures Nepal is always flexible for your trip date amendment at the case of your health issue or any other family reason. However, amendment request for the booking should be made to the company 30 days or more prior to your original trip departure. Company will make a necessary amendment of your booking to the next date requested, and the charge of the US$-100 additional will be applied for such amendment booking. However, booking should only be able within this year itself.

If your trip amendment request is at last minute, we will still amend the trip date, but the charge of the amendment could be higher. 

INJURIES, INSURANCE & EVACUATION:
Advanced Adventures Nepal will not be liable for any injury, health conditions, emotional or other conditions suffered by the client during the trip. Similarly, our package cost does not include any personal insurance. Hence, we advise the clients to take adequate travel insurance package, including medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and helicopter evacuation. 

SERVICES MISSED OR UNUSED:
There will be no refunds for missed or unused services. These include voluntary or involuntary termination/departure from the trip due to sickness, emergency in the family member, etc., late arrival on the tour, or premature departure either voluntarily or involuntarily.

VISA/S & PASSPORT:
It is important that you travel to Nepal with a minimum of 6 months validity on your passport within the trip days to join Advanced Adventures Nepal trip. If your passport validity is less than this, you must renew a new passport prior coming to Nepal. 

Nepal Visa is available on arrival in Nepal (Both air border and land border). You must prepare to pay for the visa fee in USD cash and should have a passport size photo to obtain Nepal Visa. 

For Bhutan Visa, Advanced Adventures Nepal will organize your visa as part of the package in the tour. For Tibet Visa, if you joining our trip from Kathmandu, we will assist to organize your Tibet Visa, but if you joining our Tibet tour from mainland china or directly from the Lhasa airport, you should be responsible to make your Tibet/Chinese Visa by yourself. But Tibet Travel Permit is part of our package. 

Visa for India is your own responsibility and you must make Indian Visa prior coming to any tours booked with Advanced Adventures Nepal for India.

CHILDRENS IN THE TRIP:
Children traveling to any Advanced Adventures Nepal packages below 16 years must be traveling with a legal guardian. 

PRIVACY
For the trip booking confirmation, we required your passport information and other information of you such as, address and family contact, etc. but no private or personal information that you supply to us when making a booking will be disclosed for any other purposes. So be sure, your information is kept secure and safe with us. 

UPDATING OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Advanced Adventures Nepal reserves the right to update and amend these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the client to keep updated with any changes. The current version of terms and conditions will always be found on the website and will be the terms referred to in any dispute.
