Approach of Everest Base Camp as ration and passion of Trekkers.

In this article, Kathy is elaborating her experiences and some difficulties while travelling in Nepal as she has faced.

After having the proper connection with the company I have moved toward Nepal with my small son and husband. It was the most challenging and most interesting moment of life as I was heading toward the Everest Trek. The continuous two-hour walk has leaded us towards the north of Namche Bazaar, the largest town in Nepal’s Khumbu region. With the interesting interaction with various people and our guide, we moved toward Everest Base Camp.

Trekking to the Mountain So far, Mount Everest's base camp is one of the most impressive experiences of tour as it is liveliest. To achieve something we should do something unique. I have done the same in the desert surrounded by beautiful nature.  I have not any pre hiking experiences but I dared to be there. In fact, I was completely intimidated by the whole experience.

Before I started to walk, I broke up and told my guide to stop the trek; there are several reasons for my panic attack. I was stumbled with sudden surprise and pain, which was beyond my imagination.

Unfortunately, I spent most of my walk to overcome my fear of high disease. On the fourth day, from Namche walking to Tengboche, I started headaches (one of the symptoms of the Altitude Sickness). As I was moving faster day by day, it get worse and worse. When we finally went to Debuche's teahouse, I thought I might leave. I am sure that I am suffering from a disease of the Altitude Sickness and I cannot go forward. If I have been sick at 3867 meters, how can I move myself at 5365 meters? I cannot eat any food that stands in front of me and I am scared.  Ishower asked me a some question to test my ability, and when I responded at the right time, he told me it was fine. Oh!

I finally drank some water, ate some cookies, picked up my first Diamox tablets to help speed up domestication. Wake up in the morning, I feel much better, keep climbing. I still do not know if my symptoms are dehydrated or altitude sickness, but in any case never return to the rest of the walk. Even so, I have been in a state of high physical consciousness: headache. I was too tired because I went uphill for three hours.  My pulse was faster than normal

In all the fear, the fear of the disease of the Altitude Sickness can be the most justified. However, for those who might have the same fear, I would say that. As you know the symptoms, drink a ton of water (4 liters per day or more), walk more slowly than you think, you will have a better chance of not getting sick. Of course, many people are sick and have to turn around. However, as long as you feel uncomfortable, put it down or put it down (do not keep going up!) You should be fine.

If you need to talk to the doctor, there is clinic in Namche Bazaar, and there are some places where you walk every day at the scheduled time to talk about Altitude Sickness disease.

Although it is not fun to be afraid of things, it is an exciting thing to overcome these fears! I am very pleased and proud of our trip to Everest base camp. Now, we have to overcome more fear. I learned so many things about Nepal, their hospitality, guide and their love, office and their administration as well as the good weather of Nepal.

Mr, Chet has frequently called me concerned about my health while I was in Everest. They made me family member not a guest. So all of my friends if we are going to Nepal we have to choose the better place for you trip. There are many travel agencies, they all might be good .But getting reliable and effective is your destiny as well. Thanks a lot Advanced Adventures for my invigoration.
