The trek to Everest Base Camp is the way to create the lifetime through the world famous trail to Mount Everest. Interestingly this is not highly technical climb so you should not consider intensively your previous technical climbing experience or even any altitude experience to complete the trek.  However, Advanced Adventures suggests you to have physically fit and have excellent strength, conditioning and endurance to be able to complete the trek and to fully enjoy the journey. To avoid the pressures of constant strain at high altitude you need training and   AA would recommend that you should spend at least four days a week doing some sort of intense physical exercise before you start your trek.

You Need To Be Prepared Mentally As Well

Based on the level of comfort with the outdoors you should prepare mentally yourself for, life in the mountains. If you are very comfortable with the mountain life, including camping, bugs, dirt, baby wipe showers, and going to the toilet outdoors you can easily adjust in this environment. However, for some who are more comfortable with the four seasons than a campsite, you may need to prepare yourself to stay in small tea houses, run by the local Sherpa people in Everest Base Camp. You will have a bed to sleep in a twin-shared room.  There are options for showers lower down on the trail.  The toilet situations can be difficult at times, as in the tea houses they are generally not Western-style toilets, rather just a hole in the ground instead of a toilet bowl.  Advanced Adventures Kindly request you to be mentally prepare before embark your Everest Base Camp Trek in Nepal.

Hydration Essential

While staying in the Mountain keeping hydrated is one of your top priorities. The more you will be shifting higher levels of altitude, your body will dehydrate much quicker than it will at sea level, and you will have to make sure you are drinking plenty of water to compensate. Advanced Adventures kindly advice you to drink around five liters of water throughout the day while in the mountains with full of purified. Make the proper time schedule of the drinking water and use them properly.  To be successes in Mountain please kindly drink five liters of water a day for success in the mountains.

The Little Headache is common and natural

It is inevitable that you will get some sort of headache at some stage on the trip. Unfortunately, if you suffer severely from headache as well please kindly learn ways to manage them and not let them ruin your experience. To avoid the problems you need to follow the tips of 4; always drink plenty of water while in the mountains. The prime reason of the headache is dehydration, so drinking water can greatly help to eliminate or lessen your headaches. You can add a Disprin to water every morning and another each evening. So drink plenty of water and avoid your problems.

The Best Thing Is To Bring Some Food Yourself

For many people eating at high altitude can be very difficult. Even if you apply all the physical energy, for some reason, when you are at altitude, food is not always good. Forcing yourself to eat in the mountains can be a discouraging task. The main thing to remember about this is that during Himalayan walks, you are burning a lot of calories, and if you want the best chance of success, your body needs to replenish these calories. It is very important to eat it anyway to get these much needed calories.

Stay Away From The Sun As Much As Possible

The higher the altitude, the lower the level of UV protection. In some days on the road, the sun can be cruel, receiving solar radiation from powerful light. Avoiding sun exposure not only helps reduce those wrinkles and prevents skin issues; it also increases your chances of successful trekking. When it is burnt by the sun, it dehydrates and returns to the tip of its own water. Dehydration can cause problems in the mountains and, ultimately, limit your chances of success.
