Useful Information
Frequently Asked Questions !
1) I don't want to do this trip alone. Can I bring a non-Military Veteran with me?
Yes - this trip is designed to help Military Veterans and family and friends are part of healing. (Plus, this trek is amazing and you want to make memories together!). Adult friends and family that are open and willing to participate in yoga and able to help facilitate an environment for open discussions are welcome.
2) Can I bring my children?
This trek is not kid-friendly due to the nature of Military Veterans looking for a space to heal and having adult conversations on physical and mental health. If you're looking for a family-friendly trek, please reach out and we can help find the perfect family friendly adventure for you.
3) I've signed up, now what?
Once you've made your deposit and secured your spot on the trek, you're going! Sarah will e-mail you once you've signed up and will send you updates as we get closer to the trek.
