We have given them training on, Intensive Wilderness First Aid, Trekking Guide Training, co Trekking Workshop & Adventure Meet, English and other major Languages, Conservation & Biodiversity and Rock & Ice Climbing & Mountaineering (for expedition leaders).
We always respect our porters and their hard works. We trust in equality and respect. Without the hard work of our guide and porters we cannot complete any trip with full of pleasures. We have focused on the following parts of our guide and porters.
Insurance: we have insured our porters to cover all the cost and safety life from any injury.
Weight limits: we never ask our porters to carry more than 30 kg.
Health and well-being: our mission is to manage the good health of our guides, porters and guests. We inform our guest to request the guide if the porters need any more attention regarding health, food and sleep during the trip.

Advance’s Encouragement and motivation class. : Majority of our porters are young and future guides. They are students as well. We want to foster their ability in tourism along with education
Say no Prostitution and no Drugs
we are strongly prohibiting prostitution for our clients while travelling .Prostitution is fatal and infringement of human rights. We have found that many women and children are sold by their families and are “imprisoned” in brothels. They have ended their life with drug problems and sexually transmittable diseases. We kindly request our clients to stay in the safe side from these vicarious problems.Illegal drugs are highly restricted and if you don’t obey some basics rules and regulation you will be expelled from the group .please kindly follow the norms designed by Advanced Adventure.
Moreover ,we have some activities that we have done for the local communities.
Extremely tough geographical conditions and the lack of education everywhere makes far-flung remote corners of Nepal deprive of health services. There are many places in Nepal that has no facilities of basic health services and hence people in these places suffer several health related disorders and sometimes even death because of minor health problem or epidemic that could have been treated easily. In the present context, the health posts of the villages in Central Nepal had been grounded and the reach of health services for the people of remote Nepal has dramatically gone down.
As the responsible organization, Advanced Adventures has prioritized public health under our CSR policy. Collaborating with Pioneer Foundation Nepal, we have already done some health related activities in remote village of Gorkha. During the free health camp in Gorkha, Bungkot more than 1000 villagers took the benefits of treating freely. Proper Sanitation also comes under public health and hence the construction of toilet in Chundevi Primary School, Lalitpur was the priority under our CSR policy in 2012.
For the future, we have plans to conduct free health camps in the quake-affected villages of Central Nepal. We are planning to conduct free health orientations in these remote villages and most importantly, we are planning to raise the fund and skills to rebuild the grounded health posts of Nepal.
