Graduated from Tribhuvan University, Mr. Wagle has been involved in several community welfare projects and philanthropic activities.
Kiran Bhatta well educated and experienced young man, from Gorkha to become a wonderful guide for Advanced Adventure. He has done his master in English literature and work as lecturer and tour guide. At the same time, he became a poet, writer, translator and president of the Bhimarsha Youth Foundation Nepal. He directed thousands of tourists to the main tourist destinations in Nepal, including the UNESCO sites and Pokhara, Lumbini, Dhulikel, etc.
Kiran received training approved by Academy of Tourism & Hotel Management. He is also a living member of the Nepal Tourist Guide Association. His journey in this field started back in 2015 as tourist guide and the writer. He is also a life member of Tourist Guide Association of Nepal. He loves history, culture, geography and archeology. Meeting new people and interacting with them has always been his favorite thing. He has a good understanding of English and German both written and oral. He has greatest passion of visiting places, exploring culture and visiting historical sites. He believes that if travelers can enjoy the authenticity of the places they traveled; it will be the success of the travel.

Background
After graduating from University Mr Bhatta started to teach in Southwestern College and tri Chandra College along with his Mphil. At the same time he has recalled his past .He has a vested desire to involve in the sector of tourism since his childhood when the many guide used to bring the tourist in his village. He was enchanted by the way of tourist. Therefore, he had planned this profession as a major aim in life. We believe his hard work, punctuality and friendly demeanor has made him popular among guests.
Apsara Khanal originally from mountainous place called Gorkha, small hill town in the western region of Nepal. She has been working as the accountant in Advanced Adventure since 2011. Since her childhood she was keenly interested to involve in the tourism, when she has completed her higher Secondary School, she has joined in this profession as she had been graduated from the management department. Mainly she concerns on the accounting solutions and provides financial auditing to the customers.
Miss ,Khanal Mainly observe and control the account department of Advanced Adventure and handles all the works belongs to tax payment, license renewal, balance sheet preparation etc. She is very humble and hardworking as she says” work is the main message delivered by the god for humanity”. She opines that Nepal is the land for tourist.
Kavita has been working as an accountant and financial controller with Advanced Adventures since 2013, while she was doing her BBS in the Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
Kavita focuses the monetary issues of Advanced Adventures mainly she maintains the accounting, keeping the financial records and handing out pay checks to the staff and some concerned authorities. Moreover she has given the various responsibilities like allocation and preparation for the budget to tour and trek, posting bills, and the follow up the payment to agent of Advanced Adventures.
As she observes that Nepal has the enormous probability of the tourism she is fully inclined in her job feeling the confident and determination. She is very honest and dedicated. She says, “God has sent us in this universe to be good performer rather observer.”

Mrs. Shova Thapa Magar, originally from Gorkha and has been working in Advanced Adventures since 2016. She was born in the mountainous country Gorkha. She has done her higher school from the Gorkha and she has been involved in this profession. Since her childhood she was keen in cooking, housekeeping and management.
She knows how to serve the staffs by the various flavors of the foods in every time. She is very honest, dynamic, hardworking and punctual too. She had learned many official skills as well as she had been graduated from the school already.
Furthermore our guests have been impressed by her home made tea which she frequently prepares in office .Once if you try the coffee prepared by Shova you will never forget the tastes as her cooking is fully hygienic and natural. Come on to join her coffee meeting at Advance Adventure every day. Her way of simplicity and hardworking is always admiring.
As a self-motivated and dedicated person with good communication and interpersonal skills, Mina have worked exceptionally well in few reputed companies for six years.
Having completed bachelor degree in Hotel management, she started her first job in airline in 2010 and ever since there’s no turning back in work for whatever she do. She also completed her Master degree in Business Administration in 2017 and is currently working with Advanced Adventures Nepal. She has creative working strategies and believe utmost in team work.
Mina has excellent background in customer service and had full responsibility for planning, selling, lead generation and few trade show execution. Her must do attitude in dealing with people from various backgrounds is what makes her different and her working style as well.

Pem Chottar Sherpa is one of the most experienced climbing/expedition guides in Nepal. Active since the year 2000, Pem has led successful trips to numerous peaks in and outside Nepal.
With 15 years of experience in leading and guiding solo and group climbing trips, he has grown immune to fatigue, disinterest or displeasure from Himalaya. When he is climbing, he is the busiest man in the team; however, his successes came with much difficulties and ordeals.
He started as a junior porter in an expedition led by his uncle. After working 2 years as a porter, he joined chefs’ team for the next 3 years and gradually made his way to assistant climbing guide.
A devoted family guy, he started his job as a guide from Lakpa Ri of Tibet, where he spent almost 4 years. When he returned to Nepal, he was overwhelmed with offers he received to guide teams to mighty mountains like, Mount Everest and numerous other Eight-Thousanderpeaks.
Today, he leads amateur as well as expert climbers to many popular small peaks around Nepal. He’s your climbing leader who will make sure you go summit and back in a good health.

Bal Bahadur Tamang was born in Solukhumbu. After completing his eighth grade, he left his village and went to Jiri to work as a porter. His first experience as a porter was to carry a big sack of rice from Jiri to Lukla. He has carried as heavy as 110 kg of load on his back as a porter.
After working as a porter for some years, he met a trek company owner in Lukla and started working for them as a porter. He was later afforded the opportunity to work as a guide. He took the opportunity with both hands. As a guide, his first assignment was to lead two Canadian trekkers and an Australian trekker to the Everest Base Camp.
At present, he lives with his family in Kathmandu. He has a 12 years old son and a 7 years old daughter. He is very fond of the mountains. So much so that as soon as a trek concludes, he cannot wait for the other to begin so that he can be around the mountains again.
his first assignment was a group of two trekkers from Canada and Australia whom he took to EBC…that being his first trip, it required him to ask a lot of questions to other fellow guides…he learnt a lot.
his family is now in Kathmandu….he has two kinds..a 12 yo son and a 7 yo daughter…and his wife…..when he is not on trek , all he does is wait for the next group to arrive so that he can go to the mountains.
He believes that it is important to give tourists a unique taste of places they visit- be it local animals or flora and fauna, celebrations or culinary experiences. He tries his best to always give the tourists a close view of the life in the Himalayas beyond just the majestic mountains.
Mr. Lok Bhatta is one of our best and professional guide in the company. He has been guiding with us from last 12 years. He have trekked over to our major trekking region of- Everest Region, Annapurna Region, Mustang Region, Manalsu Region, Langtang Region etc. He is loyal, dedicated, honest and quiet person, but do guides his groups most carefully and ensure professional and personalized services.
He is licensed from Nepal Gov, Department of Tourism as professioanl trekking guide in Nepal. He loves meeting new peoples and guiding them to our Himalayas!
Born in Burlang, Gorkha District, Ishwor first came to Kathmandu in 1999 to get enrolled in a college to complete his under-graduation.
It was during the final year of his under-graduation that he got into tourism to support his financial instability. A novice, he first went to the Annapurna Circuit as a porter carrying a 30 kg goods on his back. He did the same for half a dozen trips, An earnest man, he waspromoted to be the porter cum guide for Annapurna trek and later guided a trek to Everest Base Camp.
He lives with his family in Kathmandu. A family guy, he loves to cook at home and help with other household chores along with assisting his children with school assignments.
His friends call him a jolly fellow. He loves dancing to folk tunes...and occasionally sings during the recreational activities in trek. He says, "If we consider going to Everest Base Camp to trek, it is not just about Everest, the cultural and natural extravanza along the way is what make the trip special [...] The fun of the trek is not in the destination but in what you meet along that way…and in Nepal one meets a lot!"

Born and raised in Gorkha, Kim Rana came into the tourism sector through his cousin Hom Rana. He started as a porter and fondly remembers his first every trip. He carried 45 kg weight all the way from Jomsom to the Annapurna Base camp as a porter for a group of 14 Hungarian trekkers.
The content faces of the trekkers after long and adventurous trek motivates him to become an even better guide. His first trip as a full time guide was a 12 days Everest Base Camp Trek from Lukla with a group of Australian tourists.
Kim lives with his spouse with whom he has a son and daughter together. He has a metal workshop and works there when he is not trekking. He learned his trade as an apprentice under a friend who was a good metal worker.
Kim does not know how he has a seemingly Korean name. He asked his priest who gave him the name; he even doesn't have an answer. Kim speaks some Korean too. Once, a group of four Koreans started talking to him in Korean language. He knows some Korean too and started conversing to them. They ended up thinking he was a Korean too.
Mr. Deepak is our qualified guide who have been trekking in Nepal with us for over 8 years. He is loyal, dedicated and honest guide who enjoy trekking himself and happy guiding his peoples. He is from Gorkha region, which is the route to the famous- Manaslu region trekking in Nepal.
He has trekked over all the major trekking region in Nepal including, Everest, Annapurna, Manslu, Langtang and Upper Mustang. He is very friendly, and accommodating for guest interest so he is a perfect guide for solo trekkers to small groups.
He is licensed and certify from Nepal Gov. Department of Tourism and Nepal Tourism Board as professioanl Trek guide for Nepal Himalyas. He has interest in travelling, photography, meeting new peoples and music.
Prem Jirel was born in the beautiful village of Jiri, also known as the Switzerland of Nepal. He worked as porter and used to join trek groups from Lukla. After doing porter job for two years, he now works as a full time guide.
He got opportunities to mix up with guests and polish his English language skills as a porter. He likes learning languages from his guests and can communicate in Russian. Prem believes that tourists continue to come to Nepal because of its mountains which are like nowhere else in the world.
He lives with his family in Kathmandu. During off seasons, he goes to his village and helps his parents in agriculture. Prem has a fascination towards German language and wants to learn the language in the future.
Born and raised in Gorkha, Keshar Gurung has almost 15 years of experience in trekking. After completing his school in Gorkha, he came to Kathmandu and started studying in Kathmandu while continuing trekking as well.
He was in search for a job to help him sustain in the capital when he got an opportunity to work as a porter for four German trekkers in Langang trek. The job was certainly not easy, provided him ample learning opportunities which he cherished.
His first trek as a guide was 30 days’ Annapurna Circuit Trek with a Spanish guest. He loves Everest Base Camp trek because showing Mt. Everest to his guests fills him with pride and happiness.
He lives with his wife and son in Kathmandu. He believes that tourists should come to Nepal because it offers diverse tourism opportunities. Mr. Gurung is serious on his assigned job, dedicated and ensure professonal services while he is in trekking with his clients.
Tej Karki was born in the lowlands of Solukhumbu in the Everest Region. Mountain, thus, is a huge part of his identity. He went to school in Solukhumbu and was involved in tourism as a porter long before he moved his base to Kathmandu. When he went on a trek as a porter for the first time, he was carrying a load in excess of 30 Kg. But the mesmerizing natural beauty around him captivated him so much that he says that load felt like a mere 2 Kg. Such is his love for the mountains and nature.
He loves to share his love for the mountains to his guests and make opportunities for them to enjoy the Himalayas. Do not let his serious outlook mislead you- there is a fun loving and jocular person hidden behind the face.
He is very enthusiastic about sports, especially football. In his free time, he likes to play football, cricket and table tennis. He also loves playing chess with interested guests high up in the mountains in free time during the trek.
Nir Kumar Tamang was born in Solukhumbu in a poor family. He did not opportunities to get proper education and has to resort to manual labor from a small age to address the needs of this family.
His entry into the trekking sector was as a porter who would carry cooking stoves to trekkers' camp sites. Later he was promoted to a kitchen helper which required him to wake up the earliest of all and sleep at last.
Because of this lack of schooling, he had to work extra hard to improve his English skills. He did so by buying books and attending English lessons. His first trekking experience as a guide was the 12 days' Everest Base Camp trek. While on trek, he was asked by his guests about the garbage in the trails of Lobuche. He never forgets that one question and does everything from his side to keep trails clean.
He believes that the mountains of Nepal are extraordinary. He loves trekking the Annapurna and Everest for their sheer beauty and emotional connection. Nir Kumar loves singing and dancing. He can play the traditional musical instruments flute and madal.
